What makes TAT different?
Here are the reasons why you should try TAT:
You decide what to work on
Are we working on your mental blocks today? or you physical ailments? You decide.
You don't have to relive it
Anything that still hurts you, you can put it in a box. You don't need to look at it, and it'll still be processed.
You don't have to dig for core issues
We're going to just follow the 'bread crumbs' or the 'clues' and we'll start from there.
You don't have to think about "it"
Just be.
You choose your healing focus and pace
If you're not ready to move on to the next session, you can pause and pick up wherever you left off whenever you're ready. If you feel like you can't go on in the middle of a session, we can finish it right away.
You are guided step-by-step
You don't need to learn TAT from scratch, you just need to be present.
You don't have to talk about it
You can choose to do "silent TAT" with me. There are several ground rules. But mostly, you don't need to tell me what you choose to process in the session if you feel it's too personal.
You don't have to focus on "it"
Just follow my lead and whatever happens, happens.
You don't have to figure anything out
Don't need to ask why, how, and any other questions.
